Streaming Radio was the brain waves of the companies Managing Director Jamie Branson and Sales Director Iain Kerr while they were covering some streaming applications for a local radio station group. The station is broadcast from two studios based in Staffordshire via an Internet Leased Line to a Server Based in London where all the listeners connect to via an internet connection. The service can handle up to 100,000 concurrent listeners which is scaleable for future requirements.

The station has been set up to demonstrate the power of internet audio and video streaming to give smaller yet talented broadcasters the chance to communicate with the whole of the UK and the rest of the world without being held back by Large Media Group On Air Rulings and getting the real talent broadcasting.
